The staff at this hotel was very helpful and attentive. The location was excellent, close to restaurants in a cozy area. The hotel is situated 2 miles away from Kirchoff Park, which was convenient.

Booked a room with sofa. The hotel was in a decent location near to the outskirts of town, the Dunes and college or downtown area. All the staff were exceptional and welcoming, giving some tips about the city.

The location in Valparaiso was comfortable and magnificent, just next door to the center of town and a local convenience store. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and super friendly. I really enjoyed the good choice of food served for breakfast.
